All goods remain the property of sandpiper clothing. until paid for.
Goods are supplied under strict condition that all chainstore labels and markings are removed before resale, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of goods whose name or company name is printed on the sales invoice.
No claims recognised for missing goods unless made within 48 hours of receipt.
No returns are accepted on mixed parcels, these are sold as a job lot, if unsure prior to purchase we suggest you pick from our individual stock range.
European shipping. We ship to mainland Europe and Ireland the cost varies from country to country. If you place an order we will send a quote for the shipping costs also see delivery page.
Delivery. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Please be aware that does not include weekends, bank holidays and Christmas also orders placed overnight will not start the process until the next working day.

Payment: We accept all major Debit and Credit cards.
Returns. Are not accepted apart from in the rare occasion of faulty good. Then these must be informed to us in 5 working days of you reciving the goods.

Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
